Greg Balch

Greg is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. He’s committed to integrity, strong values and a dedicated work ethic. Greg carefully evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data and determines qualification of collateral and borrower credit history.  His main focus is to present options to borrowers, streamline the loan process and arrive at the best mortgage loan solution.

He’s dependable and maintains continuous contact with borrowers, realtors and other lending partners by communicating progress on their respective mortgage loan.  He ensures loans are compliant with all acceptable lending practices and relevant regulations and laws, while meticulously completing all closing paperwork with the lender, title company, insurance company and other respective agencies.

Keith has been with Courtesy First Home Lenders since January of 2007.  He has been happily married to his wife, Elizabeth, since 2010.  They have 2 children, 2 dogs and 2 cats.  His hobbies include hunting, fishing, golf and woodworking.  

He is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and a Certified Veterans Lending Specialist.  He graduated from the University of Alabama, receiving a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.  He is the Vice President of Courtesy First Home Lenders and takes pride in pairing each individual client with the best loan for their specific needs.  

Keith’s dedication to a smooth process for clients and real estate partners is second to none.  The motto of Courtesy First Home Lenders has been “Where Courtesy is Common” since day one.  That hasn’t changed since we opened in 2004.  Integrity, honesty, transparency and communication are the four pillars of this philosophy.  The result is a fast, streamlined closing experience that averages less than 17 business days from start to finish.

Dan Gill

Dan is committed to integrity, strong values and a dedicated work ethic.  He carefully evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data and determines qualification of collateral and borrower credit history.  Dan’s focus is to present options to borrowers, streamline the loan process and arrive at the best mortgage loan solution.  He is dependable and maintains continuous contact with borrowers, realtors and other lending partners.  Dan’s determination is to ensure loans are compliant with all acceptable lending practices and relevant regulations and laws.  He meticulously completes all closing paperwork with the lenders, title companies, insurance companies and other respective agencies.

Dan’s diverse background and extensive experience in leadership, management and sales allows him to really know how to value and take care of people.  These experiences include being an Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant, Sales Manager for a New Home Builder, Heavy Equipment Regional Sales Manager and Parts Manager, and a District Trainer for one of the largest U.S. Insurance Companies.  Dan loves spending time with his wife and two dogs.  He enjoys playing golf with family and friends.  Dan is also bilingual.
